Tax Compliance

Job Summary:

The Tax Compliance and GL Officer is responsible for ensuring tax compliance with laws, ensuring that company financial records are accurate, preparing and filing returns, supporting audits, managing the general ledger and tax data, coordinating and assisting in developing tax strategy, with a focus on accuracy, legal adherence, and minimizing liabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. General Ledger Management: Ensure accuracy of financial data in the ledger, including recording, reconciling, and reviewing journal entries, to ensure that accounting records match tax reports.
2. Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to local, national, and international tax laws; prepare and file income tax returns accurately and on time, manage master service agreement and contract Corporate Secretary.
