We are looking for an experienced Tax Compliance Director, who is a Certified Accountant (Contabilista Certificado), to lead all tax activities, ensure compliance with Portuguese regulations while supporting strategic business decisions.
What will my functions be?

Service & Portfolio Management: Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities for a diverse portfolio of clients. Manage multiple tax compliance engagements, ensure timely delivery, high quality standards, and client satisfaction. Ensure the accurate preparation and submission of corporate tax obligations, including CIT (IRC), VAT (IVA), and other applicable tax and declarations.

Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the Tax team, fostering a high-performance culture. Support talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
