PKF Cape Town is currently looking for a Senior Tax Compliance Officer to join their growing team in the Stellenbosch office! REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES: Tertiary qualification in Taxation Registered tax practitioner (advantageous) 5 - 10 years' experience within tax compliance department Previous experience working within an audit/accounting firm Computer Literate (MS Office; SARS EFiling; Great Soft) Good communication skills DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, but not be limited to: Completion and submission of income tax returns for Companies Trusts and Individuals. Reviewing of income tax assessments companies, Trusts, and Individuals. Preparation, completion, and submission of notice of objections and appeals when required. Application for reduced assessments in terms of the Tax Administration Act. Requesting SARS to remit various penalties for various entities and tax types.
