Tax Consultant

Jefferson Wells is seeking a **Tax Consultant** to support the domestic tax and finance teams of one of our clients, a global manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, collaborative problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment.

**Pay Rate:** $55+/hour (W2, based on experience)
**What’s the Job?**

+ Provide hands-on tax support and serve as back-up coverage for tax staff as business needs require.
+ Prepare the quarterly federal tax provision using OneSource, including supporting workpapers and reconciliations.
+ Assist third-party providers with federal and state tax compliance, including the review of tax returns and supporting schedules.
+ Calculate quarterly Schedule M-1 and other book-to-tax adjustments, including stock-based compensation items.
