**Position Overview**



The Director – Transfer Pricing will report to the Senior Director – Global Tax Planning & Strategy and will be a member of a worldwide finance team that strives to be best-in-class. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead Autodesk’s global transfer pricing function. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of transfer pricing, including strategy, planning, valuations, audit defense and global compliance.
