Tax Director, Transfer Pricing

Position Overview

The Director – Transfer Pricing will report to the Senior Director – Global Tax Planning & Strategy and will lead Autodesk’s global transfer pricing function. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of transfer pricing, including strategy, planning, valuations, audit defense and global compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global transfer pricing team, providing mentorship, technical guidance and career development.
• Establish operational excellence, governance standards and scalable processes for all transfer pricing activities.
• Own and align the company’s global transfer pricing strategy with Autodesk’s functional and IP operating model.
• Partner with leaders in Finance, Legal and the business to develop deep business insights and understand how transfer pricing supports business objectives.
