Tax Director/Manager - Corporate

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Director/Manager with expertise in private equity and corporate tax management to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. This role involves overseeing tax compliance, planning, and strategic decision-making for the firm and its portfolio companies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in partnership taxation, M& A transactions, and private equity structures, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Manage all aspects of tax compliance for private equity fund structures, including partnerships, LLCs, and offshore entities.
• Oversee the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns for the firm and its portfolio companies.
