Job Description
- Manage and oversee all tax compliance and statutory reporting obligations of the company
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly and annual tax returns in accordance with prevailing Indonesian tax regulations
- Provide tax advisory support for business operations, new products, and strategic initiatives
- Assess and manage tax risks arising from domestic and cross-border transactions
- Lead and manage tax audits, disputes, and correspondence with tax authorities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve tax policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Support system enhancements and process improvements related to tax reporting and compliance
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Product, Operations) and external tax advisors
