Responsibilities:

1. Preparing robust tax opinions and motivations
2. Guiding the business on tax risk mitigation strategies
3. Providing tax advice on Corporate Finance transactions
4. Reviewing tax returns and provisional tax returns
5. Attending to all SARS related correspondence
