- Lead and supervise tax advisory, compliance, and dispute resolution projects.
- Provide tax planning and advisory, identify tax risks, and propose compliance strategies.
- Manage audits, investigations, objections, appeals, and Tax Court cases, including reviewing all supporting documents.
- Lead Tax Due Diligence for M&A, restructuring, and investment projects.
- Prepare and review Tax Opinions with strong technical analysis.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) and relevant authorities.
- Monitor updates to tax laws, OECD/BEPS developments, and inform clients/internal teams.
- Work closely with accounting, audit, and legal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants.
- Support business development and maintain strong client relationships.
