Tax Manager

The Tax Manager will lead and manage the tax compliance, tax accounting, and reporting functions for a private equity‑backed organization and its portfolio companies. This role is responsible for overseeing income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, excise tax, and business license compliance, as well as managing the accounting for income and indirect taxes, including provisions, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. The Tax Manager will partner closely with finance leadership, portfolio company controllers, and external advisors to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and proactive tax planning in a fast‑paced private equity environment. This position is in‑office and applicants must be within a commutable distance of our Mountville, PA corporate office.
