Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining a tax calendar to ensure external compliance with all tax deadlines in various Asian tax jurisdictions
  • Responsible for coordination, preparation and timely filing of Hong Kong corporate tax return
  • Reviewing PRC corporate income tax return, Transfer Pricing forms and PRC contemporaneous documentation
  • Work closely with finance teams in Hong Kong and PRC in preparing quarterly and annual US income tax provision calculation for Asia entities
  • Responsible for ensuring the proper treatment of intercompany transactions for tax purposes. 
  • Analyzing and addressing potential tax issues associated with routine operational matters, including transfer pricing planning and compliance
  • Assess tax and reporting impact of proposed relevant Hong Kong and PRC tax legislation and tax accounting pronouncements. Provide analysis for discussion with Senior Management
