Tax Manager in Asset Management

Position available for a Tax Manager focused on asset management. Advise on U.S. tax matters and oversee compliance efforts in a global context.

As a Tax Manager, you will manage compliance and consulting projects for leading asset management clients. Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing and preparing varied U.S. tax forms while analyzing regulatory frameworks relevant to partnerships and corporations. In addition, you will be instrumental in cross-border planning and mentoring junior staff as you lead projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee U.S. tax compliance for asset management clients • Prepare and analyze U.S. tax returns and compliance forms • Advise on partnerships and corporate tax regulations • Contribute to cross-border investment strategies • Mentor junior team members and manage deliverables
