Job Description

• Lead the overall management of the tax function, ensuring compliance with local and international obligations while optimizing the company’s tax position.
• Oversee the calculation, review, and filing of taxes (income tax, VAT, withholdings, transfer pricing, among others), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive strategic tax planning, assessing risks and opportunities to maximize results and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external tax audits, as well as inquiries from tax authorities, serving as the primary point of contact with external advisors.
• Prepare, coordinate, and review tax provisions, tax accounts, cash taxes, and disclosures for financial statements and internal reporting.
