In this Senior Tax Manager role, you will report to the Director of Tax and require an extensive background in both public accounting and corporate tax, ideally 8-10 years of experience. You will manage global tax processes and collaborate closely with the FP&A and legal teams, ensuring alignment and efficiency in tax-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and oversee global tax processes and compliance
• Provide advisory support to various departments
• Lead tax audits and communicate effectively with authorities
• Monitor international tax regulations and changes
• Collaborate on mergers and acquisitions tax considerations
Requirements:
• 8-10 years of relevant tax experience
• CPA designation essential
