Tax Manager

Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a Tax Manager based in Singapore. This role is responsible for oversight and management of tax matters for Swire Coca-Cola bottling entities in the South East Asia region, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and owns activities associated with audit, tax and regulatory compliance of Swire Coca-Cola’s holding entities in Singapore. The role will also be involved in M&A activities, restructuring and strategic projects.

This role reports to General Manager, Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own accounting, audit and tax compliance reporting and activities associated with holding companies in Singapore (would extend to managing CIT computation, filing returns and adherence for income received by Singapore holding companies).
