Tax Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Tax Manager opportunity with a highly regarded organization in Toronto.

This position is ideal for someone with experience across investment-related tax environments and a strong background in corporate tax, tax provisions, and tax accounting .

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance and reporting across complex entity structures
• Oversee corporate tax filings, tax provisions, and related reporting requirements
• Support domestic and cross-border tax matters, including multi-jurisdiction compliance
• Review technical work, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables
• Partner with internal stakeholders on tax planning, restructuring initiatives, and process improvements
• Assist with tax matters related to investment vehicles, private capital structures, and alternative investments
