Tax Manager

We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our Group Tax team at Stora Enso headquarters in Helsinki or in Stockholm.

In this role you would be involved with:

• Supporting business operations from corporate income tax perspective.
• Review of corporate income tax returns, ensuring their accurate and timely filings.
• Quarterly tax reporting and tax forecasting tasks.
• Analysis of Pillar 2 implications and coordination of related compliance requirements.
• Tax audits and litigation processes.
• Analysis of applicability of tax legislation changes, identifying opportunities.
• Supporting in M&A processes from tax perspective: tax structuring and financing planning, coordination of tax due diligence processes, review of legal documents from tax point of view, assistance in group legal structure streamlining.
