Tax Officer

Primary Function:

Taxation - Overall in charge in the tax payments and submission of reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue on a timely manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation, analysis, and submission of tax reports on time to the Bureau of Internal Revenue:
• Monthly withholding tax on compensation
• Monthly withholding tax on vendors
• Quarterly tax reports
• Prepares and compute corporate income tax returns
• Weekly issuance of 2307 to vendors
• Monthly and quarterly filling of VAT
• Annual issuance of 2316 to employees
• Annual alphalist of employees and Vendors

• Annual submission of inventory report to the BIR

• Annual preparation and submission of TIMTA

• Prepare journal entries for the monthly tax provision;

• Ensure that the tax accounts in Balance Sheet and P&L were properly reconciled on a monthly basis;
