Job Description
Tax Officer – PCG
• Assist in the implementation of tax planning and compliance strategies of the business unit.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and payment of all local and national tax returns.
• Conduct regular reviews of tax compliance to ensure adherence to BIR, LGU, and BOC requirements.
• Handle day -to -day tax matters, including preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and supporting
documents.
• Assist in handling BIR, LGU, and Customs audits, inspections, and permit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (auditors, consultants, government
agencies) for tax -related concerns.
• Monitor updates in tax laws, regulations, and issuances; cascade relevant information to concerned
teams.
