Tax Operations Associate

Job Summary:

The Tax Operations Associate shall provide clerical and technical assistance to the Tax Compliance Group in carrying out its functions and responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Apply and monitor primary and secondary permits of more than 1,400 branches of LBC Express, Inc. and its subsidiaries with Local Government Units, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and Bureau of Custom.
2. Assist branches and other business units on concerns related to BIR permits, sales journal, tax returns, official receipts/billing statements, and other tax related documents.
3. Prepare and dispatch documents to branches and warehouse.
4. Monitor and encode the withholding tax certificates (BIR form 2307).
5. Maintain and safe keep records of Tax Compliance Group.
6. Liaise with other business units and government offices, if needed.
7. Other tasks as may be assigned by immediate head.
