**Job Description** WHAT YOU’LL DO**
As a Tax & Report Coordinator MX within our Accounting team, you’ll ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and timely compliance with the company's tax obligations in accordance with current regulations. Follow up on accounting reconciliations, tax returns and working papers.
- Support Accounting Lead in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
- Analyse general ledger reserves.
- Track and analyse bank and receivables reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and gift certificates.
- Establish routines for securities reserves, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset reserves.
- Communicate with external audit authorities.
- Report to the parent company in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Establish routines for monitoring accounting accounts and manual payments.
