Tax Senior Manager (CPA)

Responsibilities:

• Builds an understanding of domestic tax concepts and undertakes relevant study to develop or increase that knowledge.
• Manage and review the whole tax compliance process for various clients in various industries
• Prepares and reviews correct tax analyses and tax computations or returns relating to simple fact patterns and issues.
• Lead the provision of various solutions for tax advisories
• Manage the provision of special services and/or engagements related to taxation (such as, but not limited to tax due diligence, tax compliance reviews, independent CPA engagements, and tax assessments)
• Lead client-related calls and third-party meetings necessary in the practice of taxation;
• Demonstrates the ability to use local research, software and technology tools to efficiently produce work that is technically accurate and comprehensive.
