MUST HAVE FOLLOWINGS

Should have 3+ years of work experience into RE (real estate) or rental real estate

-Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent field is required

-3+ years of progressive US/Global taxation experience (in form 1065 should have Real Estate)

-Experience working directly with clients and/or global counterparts

-Experience working with Real Estate/REITS

-CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent shall be an added advantage
