Tax Specialist

PRIMARY ROLE AND PURPOSE

The position is responsible for ensuring company-wide compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and internal accounting reporting requirements through centralized monitoring, consolidation, and compliance assurance.

This role oversees the preparation, consolidation, and filing of all company-wide BIR tax returns via eFPS and maintains a systematic statutory archiving and filing structure to support audit readiness and regulatory inspections.

KEY RESULTS AREAS (KRAs)

• 100% on-time submission of all statutory and BIR reports
• Zero penalties or surcharges due to delayed or inaccurate filings
• ≥98% accuracy rate in consolidated statutory and tax filings
• 100% monthly compliance monitoring coverage across all entities and plants
• 100% proper archiving and availability of statutory documents and regulatory records
