Accounts Payable -

Understanding tax related and filing of corresponding tax returns of the company. Preparation of tax workings on all related taxes and other government agencies prior to filing and payment. Assist Finance Leader - Tax on all Tax related matters such as audit, year - end tax compliance requirements, year end compliance review. Liaise with BIR for tax audit matters.

Tax -

Preparation of accounts payable voucher on selected vendor accounts - foreign and intercompany transaction. Review invoices / statement of accounts to ensure that all information appearing in them is accurate , complete , and complaint with company's standard policy. Accurate recording and monitoring of payables to vendors - foreign and intercompany transactions. Assists in monitoring and updating reconciliation of statement of accounts balances issued by supplier.
