DBN000298 – Tax Supervisor – Durban North
This role carries full accountability for the performance, quality, compliance and commercial outcomes of a team of six to twelve staff.
 
Required Qualifications


  1. Undergraduate degree or diploma in Accounting, Taxation or a related field. Tax technician certification or equivalent

  2. BCom with a tax major, higher certificate in taxation, or formal tax certification. Actively pursuing further qualification is expected from this level upward

  3. Minimum 2 to 3 years in a tax production role — personal or company. Demonstrated ability to prepare a high volume of returns accurately and within deadline.

  4. Prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred.

  5. Expert-level eFiling proficiency required. Must be the most capable eFiling operator in the team — not just proficient.
