Overview

Ensure the correct and efficient compliance with the tax obligations of the Group’s companies, leading the team to guarantee the accuracy of tax information.

Responsibilities

• Review of the calculation and recording of the ISR and PTU provisions: 1. Supervise the correct monthly calculation of the provision for Income Tax (ISR) and Employee Profit Sharing (PTU). 2. Ensure that monthly and annual provision adjustments accurately reflect the estimated tax burden.
• Review and approval of monthly tax filings (ISR, VAT, and withholdings): 1. Coordinate the review and validation of monthly ISR, VAT, and tax withholding returns. 2. Verify that the filings comply with applicable tax regulations and that payments are made on time.
• Calculation, review, and approval of the annual ISR return: Lead the process of compiling the annual tax return, ensuring proper reconciliation among the relevant accounts and items involved.
