Taxi Booking CSR

CabCall Experts is seeking an experienced Taxi Booking Agent with strong hands-on knowledge of iCabbi and Autocab systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer bookings efficiently while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dispatch environment

Requirements:

You must possess a friendly and professional phone manner, basic technical skills, writing skills and learn an industry-specific database, and able to multi-task.

• At least 1 -2 years of experience in a customer-facing job.
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
• Strong typing and multitasking skills
• Professional attitude and problem-solving ability
