TB/HIV Encoder

JOB SUMMARY

Assists the National HIV/AIDS & STI Surveillance and Strategic Information Unit (NHSSS) of the Department of Health – Epidemiology Bureau (DOH-EB) in the encoding and updating of HIV and ART Registry of the Philippines (HARP) Database.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

1. Encodes HIV & AIDS, PMTCT, TB and Antiretroviral (ART) surveillance data at Epidemiology Bureau.

2. Follows up HIV/AIDS reports from partner hospitals and clinics of Department of Health – Epidemiology Bureau (DOH-EB).

3. Assists in preparing and submitting reports needed by the Department of Health – Epidemiology Bureau (DOH-EB) and the HIV program and partners

4. Assists in providing support to national, regional and local counterparts

5. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
