TBM Grout Operator

The Grout Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the bi‑component grout pump used on the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM). This role requires technical skill, precision, strong situational awareness, and the ability to work safely in confined underground and pressurized environments. The Grout Operator works closely with the TBM crew to support continuous, safe, and efficient tunnel advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the bi‑component grout pump in accordance with project standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the TBM Pilot, TBM Foreman, Surface Foreman, and Batching Plant Operator to ensure accurate and consistent grouting operations.
• Work collaboratively with the Plant Team to support timely and accurate maintenance of equipment.
