JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring all chemical distribution system is on continuously supply.
• Practice safe handling of chemicals by using of appropriate PPE when dealing with chemical.
• Responsible to manage the onsite chemical inventory by performing chemical ordering from external warehouse.
• Arrange incoming chemical drums, IBCs, and canister bottle inside chemical onsite storage area.
• Ensuring safe handling for chemical deliveries and receiving from external warehouse.
• Deliver canisters tank and bottles to production upon request.
• Performing chemical packaging change and (hook up) at CDM.
• Performing chemical transfer (from ISO tanker through chemical coupling booth) for Bulk Chemical System.
• Monitoring all operations for chemical distribution systems.
• Responsible to attend and response to the alarms event base on the chemical monitoring system (CMS).
