TCM Clinic Assistant

We are a TCM practice with clinics in Macpherson, Telok Blangah and Clementi. We have 20 years of history and are hiring at our clinic situated at 91 Paya Lebar Way.

We are looking for a capable clinic assistant to assist the TCM physicians with clinic operations. The clinic assistant should be customer oriented, patient and hardworking. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the operations of the clinic, which includes managing other clinic assistants, managing work flow, managing inventory, cash, and training of new staff.

Salary will commensurate with industry experience. Working hours are 44 hours per week.

The Clinic Assistant's Responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):

· Assist customers with their queries.

· Registration and scheduling of appointments for customers.

· Dispensary of medicine and collection of payment.

· Ensure the clinic is clean and tidy at all times.
