学历：本科或研究生 电子或相关理工科专利

英语四级或以上，具备听说能力能够与国外客户电话会议

要求：

1.精通PCB流程或研发相关经验，能够识别相关流程风险和失效分析。

2.对高速、服务器、精密线路最少其中一项工艺加工熟悉，负责对应产品流程工艺改善，会用DOE工具开发流程控制方案提升良率。

3.负责对应产品可靠性验证有相关经验,包括流程控制和原材料方面。
