**Position summary:**

This position is responsible to support the Marketing Manager / Business Director to develop marketing strategies and plans for the designated Stryker products to expand market opportunities and shares in China.

+ Develop and execute product marketing plans according to the sales and marketing objectives of Stryker,.
+ Prepare promotional materials; organize and implement the product launch and promotional activities for the designated product group. Conduct product training to the sales team.
+ Assist for Registration and Pricing matters.
+ Partner with AP marketing department to identify key growth opportunities and subsequently develop and execute innovative programs to drive medium and long term growth.
