Teacher Assistant (Early Years) – Full Time (España)

About the Role

St. Paul's School, Barcelona, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to join our Early Years team (I3 to PRI2) on a full-time, permanent basis, starting on 1 September 2026. The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to support the learning and wellbeing of our youngest students in a dynamic, nurturing and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher in the daily management of the classroom.
• Assisting with the preparation and organisation of learning materials and activities.
• Supervising students during playground, lunch and transition times.
• Providing individual or small-group support to pupils when required.
• Contributing to the creation of a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborating effectively with teachers and other members of the Early Years team.
