Role Purpose

Provides coaching, training, and support to a cohort of Fellows across a 2-year leadership development programme to build their capacity as leaders who drive meaningful student impact.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Coach Fellows in their leadership and pedagogical development through personalised support, including regular school visits, classroom observations, and one-on-one coaching conversations.
2. Guide Fellows in setting and achieving ambitious student and leadership goals, using development planning and coaching frameworks.
