Teacher of A-level Philosophy and A-Level English Literature

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for Teacher of A-Level Philosophy and A-Level English Literature to join our Strodes College team on a 0.76 FTE basis. The salary for this role ranges from T1 £20,735.84 to T11 £34,459.16 (equivalent to a full-time salary of T1 £31,633 to T11 £45,341), dependent on experience and qualifications.

The expected start date for these positions is Thursday 20 August 2026.

There is also an opportunity to split the position into two separate 0.38 FTE roles for candidates who are interested in and qualified for only one specialism. Applicants are encouraged to state their preferred role(s) within their application.
