About the Role
At Odyssey, our Teachers are passionate early childhood educators who believe in nurturing the whole child. You will work closely with the Curriculum Specialist (CS) as a teaching partner, sharing classroom teaching and routine care responsibilities in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Developing the Whole Child
Curriculum and Pedagogy
Collaborate with the Curriculum Specialist to plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum aligned with Odyssey’s teaching philosophy and pedagogy.
Support the application and evaluation of positive classroom management strategies.
Participate in classroom observations to plan intentional and differentiated learning strategies.
Build trusting and respectful relationships with children through positive and responsive interactions.
