Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Curriculum Delivery
* Assist lead teachers in classroom routines, preparation, small group supervisions and ensuring that the learning environment is conducive to learning.
Assist the lead teacher with lesson planning, creating teaching aids, and providing support during instructional activities.
Observe lessons and participate in basic instructional outcomes.
Support assessments and grade small tasks or homework.
Participate in place-based education and implement SPARK Schools curriculum enrichment activities.
Collaboration & Planning
* Assist with marking and data tracking of subjects' assessments and exams.
Support scholars during Personalised Learning time or in learning centres
Participate in professional development, mentorship, check-ins and feedback sessions and ongoing instructional coaching.
