Milk Education is working in partnership with a mainstream primary school in Brent to recruit a Year 3 Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with an EHCP.
This role requires a confident, consistent, and resilient Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills and experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a mainstream setting.
The Role
Provide 1:1 support for a Year 3 pupil with an EHCP
Support learning, emotional regulation, and engagement throughout the school day
Implement strategies set out in the EHCP and support plans
