Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We’re working with a welcoming SEND school in Newham who are looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join them. This is a hands-on, rewarding role supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, SEMH and complex learning needs.
You’ll be the calm presence in the classroom, the steady support during tricky moments, and the person pupils trust to help them feel safe, understood and ready to learn.
What your day will look like:
Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Helping learners access lessons in a way that works for them
Using clear routines, patience and encouragement to build confidence
