New Directions Education is working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Chester to recruit a Teaching Assistant for a full-time placement. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA or an enthusiastic individual looking to further develop their skills within a supportive primary school setting.

We’re Looking For:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in a school or educational setting
– A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting pupils
– The ability to work effectively with individuals and small groups
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
