Teaching & Learning Manager (E-learning) (East London Hybrid/Remote)

ENVIRONMENT:

A dynamic Online Learning Platform seeks a self-driven and performance-focused Teaching & Learning Manager whose core role will be to drive teaching and learning enhancements across all programmes, to enhance student participation and success. You will ensure the preparation of periodic teaching and learning schedules for relevant courses, ensure the completion, analysis and actioning of all assessment-related lecturer reports, oversee all student onboarding-related initiatives while regularly reviewing assessment and industry reports to benchmark student performance (with an aim to constantly improve student performance). Applicants must hold an Honours Degree in Education/Higher Education – a postgraduate Teaching qualification and/or E-learning development courses in addition, will prove beneficial.
