- Manage travel bookings, including visa preparation, adhering to policies and guidelines
- Manage travel request and expenses reports coordination and submissions
- Calendar management and schedule calls/ meetings in various geographies and time zones.
- Assist with meetings and technology set-up details.
- Assist with stationery and pantry inventory.
- Raising Purchasing Orders as and when required.
- Resolve routine day-to-day requests from internal departments.
- Manage complex calendars and global scheduling for both internal and customer events
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes of new sales hires in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Perform other administrative duties and adhoc duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent education required
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of work experience in similar capacity
