What You’ll Do
Maintain and update client, transaction, and team databases
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date
Provide administrative support, including meetings, calls, travel, and ad-hoc tasks
Handle invoicing and follow up on billings
Update and manage Salesforce for deal and performance tracking
Support marketing activities such as email campaigns, factsheets, proposals, and presentations
Assist with virtual data rooms, NDAs, buyer coordination, and project tracking
Support Directors with expenses, scheduling, travel, and team activities
Provide marketing and event support to the Leasing team
