Job Description

Scope

The Established Sterile Investigation Team Coordinator assures an effective management of the team to assure the overall quality and effectiveness of the deviation, CAPA and complaints within established sterile department (FD, SHCF, FD Inspection) and ensures best practices are in place and in use, seeks for continuous improvement. Ensures capabilities buildup within the team through effective coaching and monitoring.

Direct Reports:8people

  • Ensure suitable management of deviation and investigation and adherence to due date
  • Responsible to guarantee management of deviations through adequate root cause analysis and identification of effective CAPAs
  • Focus on people development within the team
  • Ensure effective collaboration with all parties involved in Deviation and CAPA management (Msat, maintenance, engineering, operations)
