About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on .NET Full-Stack Team Lead with 10 + years professional softrware development experience as well as 2 + years in a TEAM LEAD or TECH LEAD role. Who loves building great software and helping people grow. This isn't a sit in meetings all day role — you'll be writing code, shaping architecture, and leading by example.

You'll work closely with product, design, and leadership to turn real-world problems into clean, scalable solutions, while guiding a small team of developers and setting the technical bar.
