Job Description

• Responsible for core gameplay design, game worldbuilding, and overall content planning.
• Lead the game design team to ensure creative concepts and designs align with project goals, taking ownership of overall game content quality.
• Opportunity to take full ownership of casual game projects, covering planning, development, management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the game direction in line with company strategy; determine core gameplay, key content, and overall game framework.
• Participate in and lead the design of the game world, storyline, characters, and related narrative elements.
• Plan and oversee all game system modules; conduct reviews, testing, and acceptance to ensure product quality.
