Team Lead – Accounts Payable

Location: 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Managing the company's accounting services and processes, embedded in BUs, corporate departments, and GBS Finance.
• Managing group and employee work to align with corporate/department objectives; direct reports are typically individual contributors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, management accounting, or a related course.
• Minimum of ten (10) years overall work experience in finance, accounting or auditing.
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
